COMPUTER HELP FOR STUDENTS
The support that the PennVet Help Desk provides is best effort basis for computer issues - which is 30 minutes of diagnostics and fixing. If it goes beyond that, we recommend going to the Computing Resource Center > http://www.upenn.edu/computing/crc/general/location.html
If a student has a serious issue and it is not a systems problem (i.e. Zimbra email is down, a shared folder is unavailable, etc.) we recommend the Computer Fixer located at 36th and Chestnut. There are other private vendors available in Center City Philadelphia as well.
