A room on the balcony level of Annenberg has been reserved for gowning and line formation. Take the stairway to the second floor and look for the door marked "GRADUATES."
Faculty members will be available to help you dress and answer individual questions.
You will be sitting on the stage. LOOK FOR YOUR NAME ON THE CHAIRS. A program will be placed on each chair. As it is usually warm on stage, it is suggested that you wear light-weight clothing , however you must dress appropriately - no jeans or sneakers.
Do not wear your hood into the theater - CARRY IT OVER YOUR ARM.
When your name is read for diploma presentation, walk to the front of the stage. The floor will be marked with an "X." Please stand on the X. A faculty member will take the hood from you and place it over your head. Then proceed to center stage where Dean Hendricks will hand you your diploma and shake hands. Take the diploma in your left hand to enable you to shake hands with your right!
Return to your seat.
