Transcript Requests

If you are a CURRENT STUDENT, the following is the procedure for official transcript requests. If you are an alumnus/a, please click on the link at the bottom of this page for Alumni Procedure.
The University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine has transferred all academic student data to the University's Student Registrar System (SRS). The majority of the changes will not directly affect students, for example, the Office of Student/Curricular Affairs will continue to enroll all students in our courses, schedule senior students, provide official transcripts, reserve room space and produce hour plans.
- Official Transcripts will be produced by SRS at no cost if you request them through our office. There is a 72-hour turn-around time and you may pick up your transcript from the Office of Student Affairs. Official transcripts cannot be faxed or sent via Federal Express, so please allow for adequate processing and mailing time. We have been able to negotiate with the Registrar to produce official transcripts at no cost, (students at other professional schools pay for official transcripts), however, please request an official transcript only when necessary for scholarships, internships or a position. Please do not abuse the system! You may check your grades, class rank and Grade Point Average by printing your unofficial transcript (See #2 below).
- Unofficial Transcripts, which have NO identifying information (i.e., name or social security number) may be printed directly via the Penn In Touch System located at: https://sentry.isc.upenn.edu/intouch/
Log in using your PennKey and Password.
Click on Transcript to view or print your unofficial transcript.
- To Request an Official Transcript:
- Complete a Transcript Request Form (These forms are available in the Office of Student Affairs). YOU MUST PROVIDE AN ADDRESS LABEL FOR EACH TRANSCRIPT YOU WISH SENT. There are no exceptions to this rule. Blank labels are available in the Office of Student Affairs. Please note that in most cases, official transcripts must be sent directly by the institution.
