Research Associate Position - Study of B cell subsets in teleost fish

A Research Associate position is available immediately to study the role of B cell subsets in innate and adaptive immune responses of rainbow trout, a teleost fish. The candidate should have significant experience in working with blood leukocytes from rainbow trout, including routine cell culture techniques using fish cells, ELISPOT and flow cytometry. In addition, the applicant should have extensive experience in production of recombinant proteins, protein purification techniques, and immunoassays using fish IgM and IgT antibodies (ELISA, western blot).
