Individual Giving
Gifts to any Penn Vet fund can be made "in memory of" or "in honor of" a special person or animal, thereby adding another meaningful dimension to the contribution.
Note: If you provide the third party acknowledgement information attached to the online giving form, our Development staff will mail a special memorial card or tribute note in your name.
The Pet Memorial Program offers an opportunity to send comfort to a grieving loved one. Use this form to donate to the Pet Memorial Program by ordering cards.
In addition to giving to a memorial or honorary gift via any of our Penn Vet funds, we offer more options for memorial giving to individual donors.
Great Living Legends and The Friendship Tree: Create a lasting tribute to honor your special companion animal while supporting the School's Junior Faculty Research Fund, which provides funds for important research of companion animal diseases. With a Great Living Legends gift of $5,000, a plaque with the picture of your pet and your citation will be placed in the waiting area. Click here for the Living Legends order form. A contribution of $500 to The Friendship Tree enables the donor to have a pet's name and a citation on a tag (dog or cat head) placed on the tree sculpture in the waiting room.
