Over the last four years, we have had the privilege to found the Penn Vet World Awards and award this honor to four very impressive individuals who are furthering the visibility and impact of the veterinary profession on society globally.

At present, Penn Vet will not be able to continue the World Awards. We are committed to focusing our efforts on the student portion of the program, the Penn Vet Student Inspiration Awards, which provides seed money for currently enrolled Penn Vet students to realize a veterinary career dream.

The four World Awards winners continue to transform the world and Penn Vet continues to work with all of the winners. Further, I am very appreciative of the time each of you have put into the process and hope that we have the opportunity to work together to further the goals of the World Awards program.
