Welcome to the Office of Referral Communication at the Matthew J. Ryan Veterinary Hospital. Our goal is to provide quality communication to our veterinary community.
Referral Communication
Upon presentation to the hospital, information specific to that visit will be faxed/mailed to the veterinarian listed by the owner.
This may include:
- notice of admission,
- notice of euthanasia,
- summary of hospital visit and/or
- biopsy/necropsy results.
The Office of Referral Communication is available toll-free at 877-PENNVET (877-736-6838) for any requests, questions, and/or problems that veterinarians may have. If you refer a patient to the Ryan Veterinary Hospital and receive no communication, please contact our office and you will be assisted. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
Please print and fill it out the Referral Report for your clients to bring when they come for their appointments at the Ryan Veterinary Hospital.
