Natalie’s thesis is entitled " Toxoplasma gondii Diversity:from seroprevalence in (multiple) host species to genotypic analysis of field isolates."
Natalie will be getting married in June and will stay in Philadelphia one more year while her fiancé, Brian, finishes his PhD. Her long term goals are to work in public health and food animal health perhaps in a university setting.
Spencer Shelly

Mentors: Drs. Roslyn Eisenberg and Gary Cohen
Spencer’s thesis is titled "Functional analysis of the Herpes Simplex Virus glycoprotein B membrane proximal domain." After graduation, Spencer plans to gain clinical experience in general or emergency practice. In the future, he is interested in pursuing a career in public health aspects of infectious disease and plans to work at a government agency such as the Centers for Disease Control.
