The Medicine Section offers first, second, and third year courses in physical examination, nutrition, and medicine/surgery. Faculty members in Medicine also teach in other courses, including physiology, pharmacology, biochemistry, and infectious and metabolic disease.

The Medicine Service offers clinical exposure and training in many aspects of endoscopy (including upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy, bronchoscopy, cytoscopy, and laparoscopy), and other medical diagnostic procedures (such as bone marrow evaluation, and urinary tract evaluation).
