School of Veterinary Medicine Student Bookstore

Our on-linebookstore at http://www.vet.upenn.edu/studentaffairs/bookstore has been developed especially for student use, although anyone can use it.  You may order almost all of the recommended texts for your courses. 

The site is easy to use and discounts are offered on many books.  There are other advantages to ordering on-line: convenience of being able to order any time, day or night; much greater selection; friends and relatives can purchase books as gifts for you; easy search options; ability to view tables of contents of many texts; return policy; immediate availability of new editions; and you can charge your books using your credit card.

First and Second year students will be notified via email of texts used in your courses so that you can order what you need well before classes begin.

There are certain self-published books that cannot be carried in our on-line store.  Students will need to contact the publisher directly to order them.   To order Pasquini's Guide to Equine Clinics and Guide to Bovine Clinics, please call Sudz Publishing at (940) 686-9208. Arrangements are made to provide the Avian Disease Manual - information will follow. Important - When ordering, do not ship your texts using the School's address.   You must use your home address or an alternate address (such as renting a PO Box at the US Post Office or at the UPS Store at 3720 Spruce Street).  The UPS Store offers student rates for mailboxes and special services whereby you can arrange for receipt of packages on an intermittent basis without renting a mailbox.
