Clients service/referral information
When an owner or referring veterinarian discusses a possible admission to the hospital, an estimate of costs can be provided upon request. Questions regarding a bill should be made to the billing office

Admissions
Upon arrival, please register at the Admissions desk, in the main lobby, before unloading any animal. For emergency admissions there is an additional fee.
Hospital Hours
Business hours are 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Visiting hours are flexible to fit our clients' special needs. Always check with your doctor for permission to visit your animal. In order to provide the best possible care for the patient, the clinic reserves the right to limit the duration and frequency of visits.
Follow-up reports and home care
Discharge instructions are sent home with all hospitalized patients. You and your veterinarian will receive a letter after discharge detailing diagnosis, treatment, and after care.
