Setting boundaries: A way to prioritize wellbeing at home and at work

Hosted by the Penn Vet Alumni Board, join Penn Vet's Social Work Team and alumni leaders for a discussion about veterinary wellbeing one year into the pandemic. This one-hour, interactive program will be a chance to learn about and discuss the importance of boundary-setting in personal and professional settings.
We will come together to learn from our counselors and from each other about ways to set boundaries that allow us to prioritize our wellbeing. Participants will come away with much to consider as well as some easy, tangible things to implement.
This program will feature Penn Vet social worker Dr. Page Buck, PhD, LSW

, and Penn Vet's Ryan Hospital Interim Director Dr. Brady Beale V'02
. Breakout Discussions will also include members of Penn Vet's Social Work team, Jenna Tarrant, LSW
and Carrie O'Shaughnessy
