Event Summary

Invariant Natural Killer T (iNKT) cells are innate T cells that fight cancer and life-threatening inflammatory conditions linked to infections, autoimmunity, and transplantation. They can also be transferred between individuals without genetic manipulation iNKT cells stand at the threshold of transforming cellular immunotherapy. Yet key questions remain about how they function, how best to manufacture them, and which strategies will unlock their full curative potential The 2026 iNKT Meeting will bring world experts in iNKT biology and cell therapy to Philadelphia to share discoveries, define new approaches, and set future directions. Young scientists will have opportunities to showcase their workThis meeting will outline and shape ongoing research and clinical translation toward the next breakthrough in iNKT science
