White Coat Ceremony

White Coat Ceremony Form

As you reflect back on your time as a student at Penn Vet, most likely, one of your most pivotal events was the White Coat Ceremony during your third year. There is something transformative about walking across the stage and putting on that white coat. It is such a life-changing moment that we are asking you to be a part of again, this time, for a third-year Penn Vet student about to take part in their White Coat Ceremony.

Show support for our talented students and submit a note which will be placed in the pocket of a White Coat. Here's what to do:

  • Write a short note that provides words of wisdom, advice, encouragement, or memories to inspire a student.
  • Keep the note general, as it may be randomly placed, unless you indicate a specific student (or students.)
  • If you would like to leave a note for more than one student, please fill out a separate form for each student.
Please enter the year you graduated from Penn Vet (e.g., 2004, or V'04)
If you would like to write a note to a particular student, please include the student's first and last name here.
Please write your message to a Penn Vet student here.
