I am particularly interested in pursuing clinical research within the fields of surgical oncology, minimally invasive surgical techniques, and interventional radiology. Specific areas of interest include: embolization and chemoembolization for treatment of nonresectable disease or conditions with high morbidity associated with traditional surgical techniques; ablation techniques, such as microwave ablation and cryoablation, for utility as treatment options for neoplastic diseases; interventional techniques to maximize care in potential palliative or adjunctive settings; sentinel lymph node mapping techniques preoperatively and intraoperatively; tumor imaging techniques pre-, intra-, and post-operatively.
