The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a cell-based therapy injected directly into the stifle (knee joint) of dogs with osteoarthritis. This study will assess whether pain is relieved and joint function is improved by the substance. Dogs will be randomly assigned to receive the study medication or a placebo, or be in a sham group. This study involves five visits to Penn Vet over the course of 2 months.
