Penn Vet's Specialty Veterinary Hospitals

Penn Vet comprises two campuses, and each campus is home to a teaching hospital.

Ryan Veterinary Hospital for Companion Animals is located on the Philadelphia campus, at the University of Pennsylvania. Ryan Hospital sees close to 33,000 patients a year, including dogs, cats, less common mammals, and exotic animals such as birds, reptiles and amphibians.

New Bolton Center's Hospital for Large Animals is located in Kennett Square, PA. New Bolton Center is renown as one of the nation's foremost large-animal hospitals, treating more than 4,000 patients annually, 85 percent of which are horses.

Both hospitals have emergency services 365 days a year, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
