Memorial Giving
The human-animal bond is one of the strongest bonds that exists. Our animals sustain us in so many ways. They provide companionship, protection, and devotion while accepting and returning our love unconditionally.
If you’ve ever lost an animal that you love, you know that the loss is real and the grief can be overwhelming. Commemorating a beloved animal friend with a gift is a great way to remember.
You can also honor the loss of a person you love with a gift in their memory.
Your gift will support Penn Vet’s commitment to improving animal well-being by maintaining its global leadership role in innovative and novel studies. These studies benefit not only our beloved animals but will also contribute, through our One Health approach, to human health as well.

Memorial Acknowledgment
Our Memorial Giving Program provides an opportunity for you to show your compassion towards a grieving friend or family member during their time of loss.

Through your commemorative gift, you are supporting Penn Vet’s commitment to improving animal well-being by maintaining Penn Vet’s global leadership role in innovative and novel studies.
You can brighten someone’s day while contributing to Penn Vet where animals are our passion and where finding cures and treatments for the illnesses that make them suffer and take their lives is our mission.
Please provide the recipient’s mail and/or email address with your gift made online or via mail to have a memorial donation notification sent to them.
Memorial Cards for Veterinary Practices
The compassion that veterinarians share through pet memorial cards helps clients who are grieving over the loss of a precious member of their family. Over the past four decades, the Pet Memorial Program has grown from a handful of veterinarians to a large group of practitioners across the country making thoughtful contributions in memory of their clients’ pets.
Your gift will support Penn Vet’s commitment to improving animal well-being by maintaining its global leadership role in innovative and novel studies. These studies benefit not only our beloved animals, but also contribute to human health through our One Health approach.
