    Ciara A. Barr, VMD, DACVAA


    Dr. Barr earned her veterinary degree from Penn Vet in 2013. She was an anesthesiology resident at Penn Vet and is currently a lecturer of Anesthesia at Penn Vet. Dr. Barr is also a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Anesthesia and Analgesia (DACVAA).
