
Olivia Lorello, VMD, PhD
Olivia Lorello, VMD, PhD, CVA is an Assistant Professor of Equine Field Service at the University of Pennsylvania New Bolton Center. She graduated veterinary school from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012 and then completed an internship at B.W. Furlong and Associates in New Jersey. Following her internship, she completed a PhD in Equine Cardiology at the University of Bern in Switzerland. During her PhD, she completed a veterinary acupuncture course at the Chi Institute. Following her PhD, she went to Texas to practice in a large referral hospital, during which time she completed chiropractic training. Dr. Lorello came to New Bolton Center in 2019 where she currently practices all aspects of general equine medicine in addition to complementary and alternative medicine.
