About the Conference

    This year’s conference will feature a brand new format! The Companion Animal track was held on Thursday, September 25, and Friday, September 26, 2025, at The Inn at Swarthmore. The Equine & Small Ruminant tracks will be held on Thursday, November 6, and Friday, November 7, 2025 at New Bolton Center.

    Penn Vet’s annual continuing education conference is an educational, networking and social opportunity for every member of the veterinary team. Lectures are given by many of Penn Vet’s board certified specialists as well as alumni and guest speakers from around the country

    Conference FAQs

    The conference offers 3 rates — full conference registration for both days, single-day registration and a rate for nurses. The pricing includes in-person CE credits as well as access to asynchronous content. For any Penn Vet faculty and staff, please check your email or contact penn-conference@vet.upenn.edu for the separate registration.

    Dates for the conference are usually available in late fall. The conference organizers work through the spring to confirm speakers and session topics. Registration and official conference schedule and details are announced in early summer.

    Conference attendees will need to request their certificate by submitting a form with more information on the sessions attended and the number of CE being requested. CE certificates will be distributed electronically as PDFs. If you do not receive your certificate or have questions, you may contact penn-conference@vet.upenn.edu
